Our Aims
We work closely with other established charities already involved in improving the lives of others. However, fly2help will also be happy to talk to anyone who wishes to make a direct approach, whether as an individual or an organisation that believes our resources could 'make a difference' to someone.
By
giving these young people the opportunity to experience the liberation
and freedom of flight, our team hopes to inspire and develop their imagination
and to help them discover new benefits of continued self determination.
The extra boost that comes from the freedom of the skies and the exhilaration
of flight can certainly renew motivation. This injection of exhilaration
has proved to generate enormous enthusiasm, as well as increased long
term self esteem and confidence.
Together with the above aim, fly2help
also sets up aerospace based educational programmes and scholarships.
These are established within country wide educational establishments.
We aim to develop motivation, self-discipline, and self-esteem, enabling
people to realise their potential for achievement. Our hope is to introduce
young people to a career in the aerospace sector. These activities, conducted
in close connection with our corporate sponsors allow us to raise the
funding required to support our mission.
