fly2help and RAFBF Join Forces at Kemble Air Day
The weekend of 13th and 14th of September proved to be a
wonderful success when fly2help
were honoured to be invited to join forces with the RAF Benevolent
Fund at Kemble Air Day.
Due to the various extended activities, Kemble Air Day was held over 2 days this year, with an evening event on Saturday 13th complete with barbeque, live music and an auction in aid of both charities at AV8 restaurant. A raffle was held on Sunday 14th with some amazing prizes being won!
There was a heavy flying presence on both days and thank
goodness the weather held!
Approximately £7000 was raised during the weekend which is being split between the two charities and on behalf of the RAFBF and ourselves we would like to thank everyone who came along and supported us. Last but not least as always a huge huge thank you to all our volunteers who so readily gave their time - again, we could not do it without you!
