24th January 2009 Burns Night a Resounding Success
fly2help would like to say a huge 'Thank You' to Craig Penrice, who yet again, gave up his time and organised a Burns Supper Night in aid of the charity.
The event, held on January 24th at the Grand Hotel in Blackpool, raised a grand total of £3,016.00, a truly amazing amount, especially in the current difficult economic times.
Craig, you truly are an absolute star and the strength of your ongoing support for the charity is incredible. We would also like to take this opportunity to say an enormous and most sincere thank you to everyone who has so reliably, year after year, returned to Craig's events - in itself a testament to the wonderful organisation, and the repeated fun had by all! We genuinely could not have achieved the success we have without your continued generosity and support.
